One of our readers shared this story with us of a girl with a rare genetic condition called Xeroderma Pigmentosum that occurs in 1 in 1 million people. When exposed to UV light, her skin quickly burns. A brief 2 minute exposure to the sun would result in third degree burns. With conditions like this, it becomes quite hard to have a normal life. Car, Home, and even clothing need to contain window tint to shield her from UV.
