What the column names mean
- Thickness
- Thickness. Film thickness in mils (thousandths of an inch).
- Gloss
- Gloss at 60°. How shiny the surface is, measured at a 60° angle. Higher is glossier; car paint is about 85 to 95 GU.
- Stretch
- Elongation at break. How far the film stretches before it tears.
- Strength
- Tensile strength. The pulling force the film takes before it breaks, in megapascals.
- Adhesion
- Peel adhesion. How firmly the adhesive holds, as printed on the maker's sheet.
