Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from TintCenter (www.tintcenter.com), 20885 Redwood Rd., Suite 318, Castro Valley, CA 94546. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our products

TintCenter sells automotive, residential, commercial and decorative window film and related products. We don't install film. We aren't responsible for installation costs or for the results of any installation.

Tint laws

Window tint laws differ by state and can change. You're responsible for checking that the film you buy is legal where the vehicle or building is located. Our state tint law pages and the "Is this shade legal in your state?" tool are general guidance, not legal advice; confirm with your state's DMV or local authorities before you install.

Warranty

Each product's only warranty is the manufacturer's warranty that comes with it. TintCenter gives no other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

You're responsible for how purchased products are used. To the extent the law allows, TintCenter isn't liable for damage to vehicles or property, or for injury, caused by products we sell or distribute, and isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Prices and errors

Prices can change at any time. If a product is listed with the wrong price or wrong information because of a typing error or an error in information from our suppliers, we may refuse or cancel orders for it, even after the order is confirmed and your card is charged. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund the charge in full.

Sales tax

We charge sales tax where required by law, including on orders shipped to California.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes don't affect orders placed before the change. Any exception to these terms must be agreed in writing.
