Shipping policy

We ship window film from Castro Valley, California, to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Shipping rates

• United States: orders of $500 or more ship free. Smaller orders pay what USPS charges us to send them by USPS Ground Advantage, based on the weight of your order and how far it goes.
• Canada: USPS Priority Mail International, at what USPS charges us, based on the weight of your order.

Film ships rolled on a core, inside a plastic tube, inside a sturdy cardboard box, so a roll can't be crushed or creased. The box is a little longer than the roll is wide. USPS prices large boxes by their size as well as their weight, so wide rolls cost more to ship than their weight alone suggests. Your exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay. We don't make a profit on shipping charges.

Plasti Dip aerosol cans ship by ground within the United States only. USPS doesn't allow aerosols to be mailed abroad.

Canadian orders may owe GST/HST and a customs brokerage fee, collected by Canada Post on delivery.

When your order ships

We ship orders as quickly as we can, but we can't guarantee the day an order ships. Orders go by USPS; delivery times are set by USPS.

Out-of-stock items

If something you ordered isn't in stock, we'll email you. You can choose an immediate refund for that item, or keep it on backorder and we'll ship it as soon as it arrives.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your package when it arrives. Report shipping damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery by emailing sales@tintcenter.com, and keep all packaging material until the claim is settled. Damage caused by the carrier is claimed with the carrier, and we'll help you with the claim.
